1. Where are your soaps made?

All Busy Bee Soaps are handmade in Perth, Western Australia. Each bar is poured and wrapped by hand in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. 

2. What ingredients do you use?

We use gentle, skin-loving ingredients such as palm-oil free goat’s milk, shea butter, olive oil, coconut oil, natural clays, botanicals, and premium essential and fragrance oils. We also have Vegan recipe formulas.

All ingredients are listed on each product page so you can shop with confidence.

3. Are you soaps safe for sensitive skin?

Yes- our soaps are made with naturally nourishing ingredients and are generally suitable for sensitive skin. If you have allergies or extremely reactive skin, we recommend patch testing first.

4. Are your products safe for kids?

Absolutely! Busy Bee Soaps and kids soap figurines and bath bombs are made with gentle oils and colours. Always supervise young children using soap or bath products.

5. Do you make custom orders or gift packs?

Yes! We offer personalised gift boxes, custom packs, and bulk orders for birthdays, teacher gifts, baby showers, weddings and more. Send us a message via our contact page- we love creating something special.

6. What is your processing time?

Most orders are packed and shipped within 5 business days and then shipped using Australia Post with locally delivery or pick up options.

7. What are your shipping costs?

Flat-rate shipping Australia- wide of $10

We also offer free shipping on orders over $75

8. Do you offer local pick up?

Yes- local pick up from Perth (Canning Vale area) is available. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we will message you to arrange a time.

9. What is your refund or return policy?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will make it right- your happiness matters to us.

10. Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes! Busy Bee Soaps can be stocked in boutiques, salons, hampers, cafes, and gift stores. Contact us for wholesale pricing and minimum order quantities.

11. How should I store my soaps?

For the longest life, keep your soap dry between uses on a draining soap dish. Because our soaps are rich and natural. they last longer when they can properly dry out.

12. How long do the soaps last?

Each bar typically lasts 3-4 weeks with daily use, depending on how it’s stored. Shelf life for most soaps is 2 years.

13. Are your soaps environmentally friendly?

Yes- we use biodegradable ingredients. We have vegan and palm oil free range of products.

14. Can I track my order?

Yes- once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
