Returns

Due to the nature of handmade bath and body products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or scent selection.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, delays are unfortunately out of our hands. If your parcel appears lost or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, we can help you lodge an inquiry with Australia Post.

All orders at Busy Bee Soaps are packed with care and sent from Perth, Western Australia.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 5 business days. During busy periods (sales, holidays), this may extend slightly. We will contact you if there are any delays with supplies or shipping.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping is available for orders over $75 (Australia only)

Standard shipping under $75 is a flat rate of $10

All orders come with tracking numbers with Australia Post.

WA to east coast may take slightly longer
